1. General
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to any purchase of products by you (“Customer” or “you”) from Crystal Foods through our website or other sales channels.
1.2 By placing an order you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.3 Crystal Foods reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; the version applicable to your purchase will be the one in force at the time you placed your order.
2. Price
2.1 The prices displayed for our products are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST (if applicable) unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Crystal Foods reserves the right to change product prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown on the product at the time you placed the order.
3. Orders
3.1 Crystal Foods may, at its discretion, refuse or cancel any order you place.
3.2 If you make a mistake in ordering (for example wrong quantity or wrong item), and we are able to correct it, we may refund the difference or issue a voucher equivalent to the surplus paid.
4. Payment, Security & Insurance
4.1 Payment must be made at the time you place your order (or as otherwise agreed).
4.2 We will use secure transmission methods for any payment data submitted by you.
4.3 We do not store your full payment-card information beyond the period needed for transaction processing, except as required by law.
5. Invoicing
5.1 Once your order is processed, we will provide a digital invoice for your purchase.
5.2 If you require a paper invoice, please make a written request (email) and we will provide one.
6. Delivery / Risk of Loss
6.1 Ownership of products passes to you once full payment is received by Crystal Foods and the products are delivered to your address.
6.2 Thereafter, the risk of loss or damage to the products is your responsibility.
7. Returns & Cancellations
7.1 We may refuse or cancel any order if a product is listed at an incorrect price, has incorrect information or there is a typographical error.
7.2 You may cancel your order only before the products are dispatched.
7.3 After dispatch, returns will be accepted only in the following cases: wrong product shipped or packaging damaged on delivery. You must notify us within three (3) days of delivery, provide the invoice, and obtain our approval.
7.4 Exchanges may not be allowed except for the above cases, and refunds will be processed within one week of us receiving the returned product in acceptable condition.
7.5 You agree not to hold Crystal Foods liable for any loss you may incur as a result of cancellation or return.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All elements on our website (including text, images, logos, software) are the property of Crystal Foods or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other rights.
9.2 You may not reproduce, resell, rent, exploit or distribute any such material without our prior written consent.
10. Liability / Guarantees
10.1 Crystal Foods provides its products and services “as-is” and makes no express or implied guarantees regarding their suitability for your particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free performance.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crystal Foods will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data) arising from your use of the products or website.
10.3 Our maximum liability to you in any case shall not exceed the purchase price of the product you bought.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
11.1 These Terms and any contract between you and Crystal Foods shall be governed by the laws of India.
11.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vellore District, Tamil Nadu.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Crystal Foods in relation to your purchase and supersede any prior agreement or understanding.
12.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
12.3 Our failure to act in respect of a breach of these Terms by you does not waive our right to act in respect of subsequent or different breaches.
