1. Order Processing

Once we receive your confirmed order, our team will undertake a quality inspection of the products to ensure everything is in perfect condition. After the final check, your items will be carefully packed and handed over to our logistics partner for dispatch.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 3 working days from the date of order confirmation (provided the payment is cleared and shipping address is valid).

  • Delivery generally takes 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch, subject to courier availability and destination.

  • Delivery time estimates do not include Sundays, public holidays or weekly offs in transit.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the package and the destination address. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout prior to your order confirmation.

4. Delivery Address & Ownership Risk

  • Products will be delivered to the shipping address provided by you at the time of placing the order.

  • Ownership of the goods transfers to you once full payment is received and the products are delivered. Thereafter, from the point of delivery, risk of loss or damage passes to you.

5. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package which appears damaged, tampered or otherwise in unacceptable condition:

  • Do not accept the package or sign for it if possible; or

  • If you do accept the package, notify us immediately via email at foodscrystal@yahoo.in, quoting your Order ID.
    We will initiate an investigation with the courier and arrange for replacement or refund as per our Returns policy.

6. Service Limitations

As a specialty food business, we rely on third-party logistics and your co-operation. If there are delays caused by courier services, location remoteness or unforeseen events, kindly bear with us — our commitment remains to deliver products safely and in good condition.
