Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Returnable Items (Food Products)

Since our products are edible items, once they have been shipped and delivered, they cannot be returned for a refund.

2. Exchanges in Case of Wrong or Damaged Goods

2.1 If you receive a product that is wrong (i.e., not the item ordered) or damaged on delivery (including tampered packaging or visible damage), Crystal Foods may offer an exchange of the same item.
2.2 Such exchanges will only be accepted if the item remains unused and intact or the damage is clearly evidenced.
2.3 In order to apply, you must:

  • Make a video while opening the package to document condition.

  • Send an e-mail to foodscrystal@yahoo.in within 24 hours of delivery, attaching the video/photo proof and referencing your Order ID.
    2.4 We will aim to respond to your request as soon as possible and process the exchange subject to verification.

3. If Package Arrives Tampered or Broken

If you observe that the package is broken, or packaging appears to have been tampered with, you should not accept the delivery. If you accept and later raise the issue, please contact us immediately with evidence so we can consider exchange.

4. Cancellations

4.1 You may request cancellation before dispatch of your order. Once the products have been dispatched, cancellation requests will generally not be accepted due to the perishable/nature of the items.
4.2 Crystal Foods reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, or other errors).
4.3 In case we cancel your order, we will process refund (where applicable) according to the payment method used.
4.4 You agree not to hold Crystal Foods liable for any incurred loss resulting from cancellation of your order.

5. Refunds

5.1 If a refund is authorised (for example due to cancellation by us or an eligible wrong/damaged item), the refund will be processed via the original payment method within a reasonable time once we have completed our verification and (if applicable) once returned goods are received.
5.2 Your maximum entitlement in case of eligible refund will be the purchase price of the product(s) concerned, and we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from the application of this policy or an order shall be governed by the laws of India, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vellore District, Tamil Nadu.
